Take Junction 31 off the M6 motorway and follow the A677 posted for BLACKBURN. Take the A59 signed for Clitheroe. Go straight over the first roundabout and continue for approx. 8 miles. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit posted for BILLINGTON and WHALLEY. The CLARION hotel is then approx. half a mile on the right. Look out for the large maroon signs
