From the Brighton M23 you will arrive on to the A23 which will eventually bring you to a large roundabout. Turn right here and climb the hill to the very top of the road after entering under a low bridge. You will arrive at a roundabout here you will turn left on to Dyke Road. Continue down Dyke Road until you reach the Seven dials roundabout it will take you about 7 minutes to reach this roundabout. Has seven exits and is the only roundabout on this route . At this roundabout turn right 4th exit into Vernon Terrace . Head down Vernon Terrace. Turn right into Temple Gardens. Turn left into Norfolk Terrace. Then the Abbey Hotel is situated on the right hand side of the road.
