Driving southbound on the M23 or A27 motorways turn off to Brighton on the A23. Follow the signs to the seafront. At the roundabout turn left into Marine Parade. After The New Europe Hotel on the left take the 3rd turning left into New Steine we are on the other side of the square seafront end number 28.
